There are absolutely no hidden extras, the price shown includes all taxes and
service fees. The only option is pool heat if you feel you need it for a winter booking.

Please Note: The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified (British Pounds),
before use of conversion tool. The conversion tool is provided for your convenience only. The owner may
accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the our discretion.
- All rentals and associated prices are inclusive of FL taxes.
- Pool and Jacuzzi heating is available for £19 ($30) per day. (Only required during winter months)
- A £67 ($108) cleaning charge applies to stays of less than 1 week
- Security deposit of 10% required at point of booking. If booking is less than 8 weeks prior to departure full payment on booking is required. All major credit/debit cards are accepted

- All bedding linen and towels for the duration of your stay

- Use of all additional facilities at the Bellavida resort
- All sales and tourist taxes

- A deposit will be required to confirm your booking; the amount of deposit will be confirmed on your quotation. The remaining balance is payable 10 weeks prior to your arrival. We do accept all major credit/ debit cards.

Payment Options
Payment can be taken in both British Pounds, and US Dollars.
Payment can be taken by cheque, bank transfer, all major credit/debit cards (all credit cards incur a 2.45% admin
charge passed onto us my the bank in the UK, bank charges in the USA are 4%)
A 10% deposit secures any booking, the outstanding balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure.
There is a minimum cancellation time of 8 weeks prior to departure
Pool & Spa heat
During the winter months you may want to heat the pool at the villa.
We have a highly efficient 400,000btu pool heater which will heat the pool & spa even
if the outside temperature drops very low.
If you would like pool heat there is an additional charge of $30 USD per day to cover
the additional fuel costs during the winter. Please let us know if you would like pool heat
so we can include it in your quotation.
